MAXIMIZING WEIGHT LOSS WITH SPACE AGE EXERCISE
I initially chose rebounding as my main exercise because it was convenient, inexpensive and I could do it in the privacy of my own home. What I discovered while researching different exercises was that this one simple exercise strengthens your heart, kidneys, liver, bladder, lymphatic system, skin and every single organ, muscle, bone and tissue in your body!
